Many companies use targeted personnel development as the basis for their long-term success and for maintaining their competitiveness. Measures for further development are generally aiming at two areas of employee competence.
On the one hand, on measures to improve professional competence and on the other hand on measures to optimize social skills. I offer workshops in both areas. My focus is on the development of future managers.
I can draw on more than twenty years of experience as a manager in various functions in operational management and project management at an international corporation and as a lecturer in the international Executive Masters programs at a renowned German technology and business school.
Based on this wealth of experience, I have developed practice-oriented personnel development formats. All with the aim of making young managers in particular more secure, efficient and successful.
About me
Before starting my own business, I worked for more than 20 years in the management of an international group. Due to the variety of tasks that I was able to solve there, I have in-depth experience from all functional areas of a company and from many international markets.
In addition, I was able to gain important experience in leading companies and teams, including in leading virtual teams. Therefore, I am very familiar with working with different people from many countries.
In recent years, as a lecturer in the master’s programs of a renowned technology and business school in Germany, I have further refined my experience in imparting knowledge to international junior executives.
Thus, I have extensive personal experience with all the services I am offering, whether in the area of consulting or personnel development. This fosters the efficiency and goal orientation of my offering.
